These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the 77agents.lat website and the services of 77 Agents ("we", "our"). By using our website, chat, or services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

We develop custom AI agents (virtual assistants) for customer service, sales, scheduling, and other business uses;
Agents are offered as a monthly subscription service, with an initial implementation fee;
The free 1-hour trial is a demonstration of how the agent works, with no obligation to purchase.

2. Contracting and Payment

The contracted service follows the conditions in the commercial proposal sent to the client;
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Mercado Pago / Stripe);
Non-payment may suspend access to the contracted agent;
Promotional prices may change at any time, respecting already signed contracts.

3. Acceptable Use

The client is responsible for using the agent in their business, including content and usage policies;
It is forbidden to use the services for illegal activities, spam, fraud, or violation of third-party rights;
The agent must be configured and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Results

Results may vary depending on the business, segment, and volume of use. We do not guarantee specific sales or revenue outcomes. Our agents are productivity and service tools, and performance depends on each application.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, branding, materials) and agent technology belong to 77 Agents. The client acquires no rights to the technology, only the right to use the contracted service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 77 Agents is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control. In case of unavailability, we will make every effort to restore service within 48 business hours.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date shown above.
